Well I bought Citizen X just to discover that I can't use it because it requires M5 maps. The product description mentions M5 but the requirements only state genesis. I have asked for a refund which is now being processed by an answering service. It now takes 3-5 days to process.

    Thanks for the warning. I think it would be a good idea for you to submit a help ticket (or bug report?) asking to have the web description updated to accurately state the required M5. (Maybe you already did when you requested the refund.) Otherwise, most customers won't find out until too late.

    I got bit early on by another product that required M5 but only stated Genesis. I too had to ask for a refund. Eventually, I did buy M5, but I didn't have him at the time.
