Daz Super Suit Help

Hey Everyone,

I am a new user of Daz studio so I am sorry if this question may seem dumb to some of you.

I recently purchased the Daz Super suit pack. I have downloaded and installed it. Now all I need to know is how do I use it?
Is there a guide that anyone could point me in the direction of perhaps?
