How come my tech support requests are being ignored???

My PC membership shows in my account, but I can't get to the member forums nor see PC prices. I'm going to be missing out on some promotions because of this.

    There's a fairly high volume of support requests at the moment. If you can PM me your ticket number, I'll see if I can pass the info on to find out what the problem is.

    I just had a response to one of mine today, and this time it took 5 days instead of the usual 2 or 3, so as Adam said, they must be busy.
