Is there any way to type in settings for the top view or perspective view cameras?

If I create a camera or use the default one I can select it in the scene and type position and rotation settings in the parameters tab. But I can't select the top view or perspective cameras so I can't get to their parameters this way. Is there any way of getting to their parameters and typing them in?
Right now I'm trying to setup a scene with the GIS skyway and I'm trying to align some bridge sections. I want to use a top view that shows them all but this is a big set so I need to zoom the camera out a long way. Using the camera movement controls for this is really annoying, I've been rolling the mouse along the whole mousemat, carrying it back and rolling it again for a few minutes now and the view shifts a very small amount each time.

\\\the only way I can think of is via script. Don't forget that frame works with the orthogonal views - the bottom-most icon at top-right, or ctrl(Win)/cmd(Mac) F
Thank you for that, Richard. Frame is the easy way to do it.
