Installing 3rd party content on Daz Studio 4.x on a MacBook Pro.

I'm getting back into DS after a hiatus of several years.  I've found that most of the Daz content loads with DIM but I didn't see any instructions for loading 3rd party content (from freebie sites or Rendo, etc.) in the user guide or by searching the forum.

Any advice on where to unzip the folders so DS will recognize them?

Unzip the zip, look inside, note that the folders with the same name, merge appropriate folders i.e... a folder that is nested Content>Data>Daz 3d>Genesis 3>Genesis 3 Male>Morphs goes into Your libraryt>Data>Daz 3d>Genesis 3>Genesis 3 Male>Morphs, create your own metadata if you want it to appear in Smart Content, render?

In recent versions of MacOS (I know it works in 10.12; I think it probably works back to 10.8 or so):

Unzip wherever. Rename the top-level folder (usually "My Library" or "Content") to match the content directory you want to put it into. Select the folder and copy (Cmd-C). Switch to the folder containing your content directory. Paste (Cmd-V). Select "Merge" in the resulting dialog box.
