Daz 4.9 and Missing UI Elements in Windows 10

I just built a new system and so I had to install Daz 4.9 Pro, now I find that under the File tab all I get is "Exit" or "Open Recent". Even after loading a scene I cannot get any options to save unless I exit. Is this my antivrius (NOD32) or Windows Defender/Firewall messing with the CMS or something. I installed 4.9 on an older laptop with an older version of Windows and that worked fine.

    I also had the main menu enties somehow messed up once but all of the sudden not a fresh install - it seems its a bug.

    Try to reset the Workspace choose some preset under Main Menu > Window > Workspace > Select Layout then choose something like City Limits.

    If you cant see the Select Layout in main menu then good luck.sad

    You can try to refresh the inerface - therefor hit F3 on your keyboard and the Customize DAZ Studio dialogue opens but now simply click Accept and the interface should redraw itself maybe also the main menu comes back like before with this.
