Alittle problem with the new DIM

I install the new DAZ Install manager and I love it. For the first time in 6months I am able to see ALL the items I have bought from DAZ. My only problem is the gray genesis figure is not showing, even though I installed the Genesis Starter Essentials. I let Daz install itself to c:/users/Larry/My Documents/... and changed the preferences pointer to for content to C:/users/public/documents/...
I can see all of the stuff that I installed vis DIM except the gray fellow. I see Victoria 5, Victoria 4.5, Gabby, etc.

So my question is how do I get the gray genesis figure to show. Do I need an additional pointer, do I need to move something...any help would be most appreciated!!!

    I don't know that you mean by Daz, are you saying you installed DAZ Studio (DS) into My Documents, or the DAZ Install Manager (DIM)?

    If the content was installed to the default location, it should have 'My DAZ 3D Library' after C:/users/Public/documents, is that what you have, and is it listed as both DAZ Studio Formats, AND Poser Formats?

    If you can see V5, then you must have Genesis installed. Where have you looked? Genesis can be found in the Content Library > DAZ Studio Formats > My DAZ 3D Library > People > Genesis, and you should see a thumbnail for a file called Genesis.DUF.

    Thanks for your reply, it got me on track. I had to Edit > Preferences > Startup > Loadfile. To looked at .../Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library/People/Genesis/genesis.duf.

    Now I get the gray genesis figure when I start DAZ 3D.
