Iray Hybrid Lights & Fog for Abandoned City 2 hdr question...

When I load the light set for this, the hdr doesn't seem to load. There's no file or anything in the set to say "load hdr" or render settings or anything, so I'm wondering if something is missing or if I'm not doing it correctly. All the lights load as they should, I check the notes in the scene tab to remove the skydome from Abandoned City etc.....and the sun light is there.....but no hdr. Also the product page states there should be render settings: "Includes a HDRI background + camera presets + fog effects + ready to render "render settings" for instant out of the box fun!"

Is it just me, or is something funky happening with the set?

    Is it loaded into the Environment Map, where it should be, and is Dome and Scene selected?

    Nope. I have to find it and load it manually.

    I've had a ticket in for three months on this and still nothing. Seriously, am I the ONLY person who has purchased it, where the render settings/HDR don't load at all??????

    Hi i just had a look and your right,but if you don't load abandond city2 and just load the lights the hdri loads up for some reason. Strange

    Thanks Plant....

    Looks like you need to start from a completly NEW SCENE with nothing in it and load the AC2 Lghts FIRST then load the AbandonedCity02 environment for the HDRI to load.

    my support ticket for this was put in 3 years ago and absolutely nothing happened. I gave up on the product and just uninstalled and never reinstalled it. It's stupid.
