Hi,
I'm trying to export a shirt created on MD into Daz studio 4.9.
In the image you can see how it looks like in both MD (preview) and Daz (rendeR). I don't understand what needs to be done in Daz to make this look better. Any tips for a newbie please?
The object was exported in MD with :
- "Unified UV Coordinates"
- "Unified texture"
- "Save with texture files"
Imported into Daz as Import>obj only.
Thanks a lot :)

How large are the texture files? Is there an option to configure that in MD? What files get saved - the MTL fiel that is used but the OBJ stores only very limited settings?
I always load marvelous designer exported .obj files into UVmapper because it always finds out of range coordinates, and fixes them.
From there you can look at your uv map vs your texture file and make sure they line up with each other.
From there you save your new fixed .obj, I always make sure to select "Don't compress texture coordinates"
