Oddities with the already purchased warning

We are aware that several people have been reporting that the state of the Add to cart/Purchased button was not reflecting their order history. The web team had identified a caching issue which caused this and believe they have now rolled out a fix - please let us know if you continue to see inaccurate states in the Add to cart button.

One problem that has been there all the time is still remaining it seems: it doesn't work for bundles-in-bundles.
For example, if you have purchased the Horse 2 Pro bundle which includes the Horse 2 Starter bundle, it doesn't say "purchased" if you put the Horse 2 Starter bundle in the card. It only works for the individual items in the Starter bundle.
I have Coalition rapier and I tried putting it in cart and received no notification that I already own it. Possibly an on-sale/not on-sale issue.

And there are no notifications nowadays - it is just that the "Add to cart" button on the product page says "purchased" and is grey instead of green.
You can buy it a second time (in the case of Gift cards that is quite useful).
Oh it's only on the product page, I get it now, thanks Richard and Kerya. It does show a greyed out button saying Purchased instead of the usual green button.
I have had some issues but I found out if your go to a page with an item you have already purchased but once I visited my itemized order history the page updated.
I found a problem. In going through the Value category I found two items I've purchased that do not note that. Investigating further, I discovered that the SKU had changed on each. These were Platinum Club items, or items that were PC for a special sale or something. I don't remember any circumstances about my purchase to help, but do have these in both my Order History and DIM.
Urban Shabby Chic (for V4) is now listed in the Value section as sku 13291. The DIM says it's 12609. I purchased 6/3/2011.
Urban Fae (for V4) is now listed in the Value section as sku 13292. The DIM says it's 12208. I purchased 3/10/2011.

' error when I try adding Look At My Hair to my shopping cart. I haven't purchased it, but I did have it in my cart at one point, and sent it back to my wishlist (where it will have to stay until Daz allows me to buy it) My cart currently reads as being empty. (I just purchased 2 other items)EDIT: I cleaned out my cache/cookies and whatnots, and that cleared things up.
Does this include all items purchased before the new store launch? I was getting no warnings when I was purchasing items and then double checked just in case. I found items I had purchased previously now gave no warning.
I think so. Only glitch I saaw today was Urban Shabby, which I purchased as one of those PC Preview items that was later entered into the store as a bundle. But Urban Fae was detected just fine. Ditto for the the items in the Genesis Classics bundle that were added to the Value Category individually. It's not perfect, but overall, well done DAZ!! Esepcially on the bundles!
The items in the Genesis Classics bundle were recognized for me as well. Urban Shabby was not (as it wasn't for you).
But Urban Fae was recognized for you but not for me. That's odd but there must be a reason. What is the SKU that item has in the DIM for you?
Noticed now the purchase button is missing on the products page. I wonder what is up...

I got the grey PURCHASED button when I clicked on a couple of items that were either on sale or FastGrab (don't recall which) so I passed on them. Checking later, I could find no trace of the products in my history. The items were however on my Wishlist. Could it be that the "watcher"-bot dipped into the wishlist, or maybe it was the SKU-gremlins, :-/

I have been noticing items missing from my order history.
Now the "already purchased" is claiming I've bought something, which I did. I know I did. But it's not in my order history.
It was during a major sale and lots of specials, special bundles, etc were happening as I recall.
And the pose set for it; which I don't recall whether or not I bought, it's not in my download history but the store claims I bought it.
So maybe I did, ... but without some form of reference as to where it's hidden in the download history one cannot reset these purchases.
The one product I just tested it on (I knew I had it) showed a purchased so if the rest work like that, I'll be a happy camper. :)
I canceled my PC membership about 4-5 months ago, and yet the product page for the annual PC membership shows "purchased" but doesn't show a price.

Because you will not find individual items in your Itemized order history, but the Purchased button SHOULD show up on them in the store.
My wishlist was emptied too :(
Mine too. Just evaporated, and the search engine is so wanky I can't find half the stuff I'm trying to get back on it.
How can they be out of stock on electronic downloads? Is someone stealing electrons from DAZ?
how odd. I have a product that is showing "purchased" in the greyed out button on the product page, but when I check my order history, it's not there. I honestly can't recall if I DID buy it in the past - product page is saying I did, but order history is saying not.
