Hi guys

This probably has been posted but here is my benchmark of GTX1080Ti with 2x GTX1080's in DS IRAY,scene is my old freebie Bathroom

Cards in questions are: EVGA GTX1080Ti with 2113MHz OC,EVGA GTX1080 with 2100MHz,Manli GTX1080 with 2164MHz and cards are water cooled or are under water with temps in 34C on Ti and 34 and 35C on GTX1080

PC in question

Rendered image

First render took on my PC 2246 seconds (37.43. minutes) which is on first sight not bad,but still I did expected bit faster render times on my PC as you can see above

Second render with edited materials etc dropped times to 17 minutes(previous materials has been too glossy or does have very reflective materials mainly tiles which prolonged render times to double),render settings in both cases has been same etc, there has been no light used only HDRi map,in both cases have used OptiX acceleration

Hope this helps

Thanks,Jura

First, thanks for that FREE bathroom model!

Second, very nice build - looks like an Entho Primo case.  I considered that case but was scared away by the bottom's poor ventilation design.  Do you raise it off the floor?

That being said, those are really impressive temps.  Is there another RAD in the front?  Would you mind listing your cooling components or point me to a build log.  I'm in the process of water cooling my rig and adding another Titan Xp.  After much research I decided to keep my existing Corsair 400R case and add an external Mo-Ra3 420 LT radiator.

Regarding your render, you also have spotlights in addition to the HDRI from what I can tell.  Having many of those will also slow down render times.  Another observation, it appears your spotlights (recessed ceiling lights) are using IES profiles that are not oriented perpendicular to the plane of the light.  The tell tale sign are the two lights to the left of the bathtub.  Their light is shining parallel to the ceiling to the left of the light.  The IES profile should direct the light downwards and create a cone shape along the wall towards the floor.  There is a thread discussing how to fix this here:

    Hi there

Thaks there for kind comments regarding the bathroom, yes its Enthoo Primo and I would highly recommend that case if you are looking to watercool PC,poor ventilation on bottom this never been issue there in my case,I've raised my case by probably 5cm which seems is enough and using supplied filters

Regarding the build,no there is no radiator at front,I'm uisng only 3 radiators(top is EK XE360 60mm thick radiator,Mayhems Havoc 240mm 60mm thick radiator and at exhaust side there is 120mm XSPC radiator 30mm thick radiator)

Here is spec list there, don't have build log

As base I've used EK X360 which is including the EK XE360 radiator, fittings 13/10mm,EK DDC 3.2 PWM Elite,EK EVO CPU block, added as extra Mayhems Havoc 240mm 60mm thick radiator,120mm XSPC radiator 30mm thick radiator, extra Barrow 13/10 fittings and 90 and 45 degree fittings, fans are on top Noiseblocker NB-BlackSilent XLP and on bottom and exhaust side are EK Vardar F3-1850RPM,GPU blocks are EK FC1080 and EK FC1080 GTX Ti and for fan control I'm using Aquacomputer Aquaero 6XT and flow sesnor Aquacomputer MPS400,tubing is Mayhems UV White as supplied EK started to yellowing and went with Mayhems which is good and cheap

    CPU is 5820k OC to 4.5GHz,96GB RAM,ASRock Extreme6,PSU is Seasonic 1250w

Mo-RA3 420 LT this I wanted to add to my loop to lower my water delta which I'm planning to add but I think single pump will not cut it and I would need to add extra pump, something like is Aquacomputer D5 as this pump can be controlled through the Aquaero or Aquasuite etc which is pretty awesome thing

Ahh,this spotlight,I've applied there IRAY RealLight I think, will check and will do test again without this and will compare results but tried to render with Poser 11 SuperFly in which I've rendered that in 13 minutes,there is I think 8 spotlights there, but will do again few tests there and will post results later on

    Hope this helps

    Thanks,Jura
