Hey guys, first of all, I do not speak english!
First see this image (https://twitter.com/Tyrion_Master/status/870879286332456960/photo/1)
I started having this problem when I changed the settings, when I open the program, the first render works!, but after that... Change settings to normal doesn't work, and technically, lower settings are the right choice for my video card.
And, it's not VRAM problem. Please, Help me!!!

I would suggest you either upload the image as an attachment or link to only the image as I'm not sure those without Twitter can see the link you've posted.
Better to upload - direct linking is not, in geenral, regarded as good manners.
I assume you mean Iray rather than Vray?
That sounds as if it is running out of memory - how much does your 960 have?
When was the last time you updated your drivers? I find if I am not current my computer stops using the GPU.
I will try to update my drivers, the most part of time the process go to the cpu, even though it is only Genisis. And again, due to previous tests it's not Vram problem. Thanks for your time guys!
It could very well be your video card memory. I have a 4GB Nvidia card in my notebook and if I'm not careful planning my scene, the Iray render will drop to CPU only. Another thing to point out is that the Iray preview window requires more VRam than hitting the Render button in the Render Settings Tab.
Desktop GTX 960 cards can come with 2, 3, or 4 GB of RAM depending on which model or if it's from a big box computer company.
Notebook GTX 960M can come with either 2 or 4 GB depending on who makes the notebook.
So once again, Yes it could very well be a GPU Memory issue.
If you start a render then stop it after it starts showing Itterations, you can open the log file, scroll to the bottom and look at the last few lines before the Itterations start. If it mentions the CPU right before the itterations then you are rendering in CPU mode. If it mentions the GPU right before the Itterations start then you are in GPU mode.
Help -> Troubleshooting -> View Log File...
Here is an example of what your log file will look like if it is rendering in CPU mode.
And here is what it would look like in GPU mode (Yours would say GTX 960 instead of Quadro K5000M)
Hey guys, i found a discussion (https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/91416/iray-interactive-nothing-rendered)
I have the exactly same problem and the same log file of old-dog, maybe now it's more easy for you understand my problem.
No problem with drivers and Vram.
And this problem of no rendering happen only in interactive mode, but in photoreal after the render end that bug in the image above happens to, and i have to close and open de program to fix.
