Genesis figures imported with DSON Importer - crosstalk problems

If I import a Genesis figure using DSON importer, the figure can be successfully posed using saved library poses.
However, when I import a second Genesis figure using DSON Importer, the second figure becomes distorted when applying saved poses.
This appears to be a crosstalk problem with the imported Genesis figures.
If I delete the first Genesis figure, the second figure that was imported no longer exhibits the distorted poses and functions as expected.
Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Are you using the beta 8.5?
If so, you're not supposed to be using DSON (to my knowledge, anyways - that's strictly for Poser). Just use the Daz Studio Genesis from either your Smart Content tab or the Content tab.
sorry wrong forum
adzan,
Sorry, are you telling me that this thread is in the wrong forum?
Dartanbeck,
Thanks for the quick reply. I should have indicated that I'm using DSON Importer version 1.0.0.56 and Poser Pro 2012 SR 3.1.
So yes it does appear that you are in the wrong forum. Would you like me to move the thread to the Poser forum for you ?
Also, I hope you get this worked out! ;)
Hi Colin :)
Are you using Carrara ? .... or Poser ,.
If you're using Carrara, you're in the correct forum,....
Are you trying to import a saved poser scene file with genesis, into carrara ?
Genesis is already available through the smart content browser tab,.
Both Poser 9 and Poser Pro 2012 use an importer to load genesis into poser,. but that scene file won't save and load into another program which doesn't have that DSON importer,. EG: Poser 8.
Saved Poser files also won't load into Carrara, ..because Carrara handles Genesis more like a carrara native figure,.. rather than an imported Poser CR2.
Hope it helps :)
adzan,
Yes, please move this thread to the appropriate forum.
Sorry for the confusion.
Adzan can't move it, but I can, and have done so.
