Anyone else experiencing problem placing an order in the system at the moment?

Within minutes after this posting an email arrived confirming the credit card order...

I'm a Platinum member, in the cart are:

- Fast Grab stuff
- Noun Sale stuff
- Platinum Club Items
- Value Category stuff

The Platinum February code was originally inserted

When sent to PayPal, the order was ejected with this statement:

" PayPal gateway has rejected request. The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts (#10413: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details)."

Then I tried paying with my credit card and it went as far as the final confirm.
But when that was clicked I got back to the cart, now with the Platinum February code erased?!?

When I try to insert it again a message stating that it's not valid appears...

So try to sent it trough PayPal, thinking I'll sort it the issue with the coupon out out later PayPal still refuse the transfer stating:

Also, on my bank account the amount of the order (prior to rebate reduction) seem to be unavailable...

My experience with sending support tickets is that it will take at leas a week or to to get their attention so what to do now?

(except calling overseas which I will NOT do)...

    I bought a couple of items and grabbed the BOGO freebie without a hitch earlier today, so it might just be rotten timing.

    I have been having problems with the store this morning.
    I get site down messages and certain items that were in the store earlier are not there.
    I purchased a new platinum club membership, but it does not reflect that purchase in my subscriptions even though I received an email Order Confirmation.
    I have a feeling I'll be paying for my subscription again tomorrow when last year's ends.

    I had problems with the store an hour or so ago. It took two or three attempts to get anything into the cart, Bus Maxis was showing $1.40 on the new releases page but went to $16.95 when it reached the cart, and at one point I had two items in the cart at $1.40 each and a cart subtotla of $1.40.

    I went away and left it for a while and when I tried again it was OK.
