Need help with interface

On the right side of my interface, I have 2 sets of panes, one on top of the other. I'd like to do the same on the left, but can't quite figure out how to do it. Any help would be appreceiated.

    Cilck Drang one of Tab of Left side to in 3d view, which you hope to move in under section.   now it change shape as individual section (one pane)

    hover mouse around edge of new small section,  cursol will change as " cross(translate) " icon.   then  you can drug the "section" to the border of Left side ,it may show yellow line,  which Can add new section.
