Hi,
What's wrong with daz pro 4.9 suddenly? Content doesn't install properly. I tried both with DIM and manual install, but get the same result. Empty icons and message that file does not exist. See attached image.
DIM version is 1.1.0.67.

There isnothing wrong with Studio. Have you told Studio where your conent is installed?
Thanks for the hint. For some reason the link to "public documents/my daz 3d library" had disappeared from the content manager.. though I've had content there for a long time.

Same problem here, empty icons. G8 is installed where everything else is - Daz Connect folder, yet everything else works, G8 not.
Same problem here. G8 showed up inthe beggining and then i had the update icon on the corner of G8, After i did the update i got empty icons. everything is installed correctly G8 just wont load.
Also having the same issue. Downloaded G8 through Daz Connect and get empty icons. Trying to load a figure produces and error message. Log file says:
2017-06-15 10:29:39.291 C:/Users/myname/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Daz Connect Library/data/cloud/1_42071/people/genesis 8 female/genesis 8 basic female.duf (1,1): Syntax error - expected '{' or '['
2017-06-15 10:29:39.291 Error reading file, see log for more details.
Everything else appears to work properly, only having issues with the G8 content
You need to install Genesis 8 Starter Essentials
Yes, the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials have been installed. First through Daz Connect, then through the install manager. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Another funny thing is that the "new" tag has been reset on all content and does not go away after use.
Same here. I tried both install methods and when i do show file location is takes me directly to the files but according to daz when i try to load the figure it comes up as an error.
Update: After waiting a bit, I uninstalled the G8 starter essentials again, closed Daz. Uninstalled from the install manager and also deleted the downloaded local content. Then opened Daz and used connect to install. Seems to be working fine now.
Seems to work now.
