AVG Locking down Latest DAZ Update

Hey there,

For some reason after the latest update is installed and attempted to run AVG is locking it down. Something is triggering that never did before.

I expect the file is clean of course but this would be good, as developers, to speak directly to AVG about so it's whitelisted in the future.

    Click on "I trust this file"  at bottom right.

    Actually I did, it says it'll send your opinion to the labs.

    The file remains inaccessible. Not even in their Quaranteen. Hence even bringing this forward.

    It IS going to be whitelisted in the future. The file is new now. Many Daz users submit it via their virus protection programs, and as soon as it is cleared, nobody will get any warnings about it. In a couple of hours, it should be whitelisted in major virus protection programs.

    Ah, nice. Wasn't aware. Haven't actually installed the new release/patches so early on. Wasn't meaning to either, just re-installed Windows and that was the one available in DIM :)

    If you prefer not to wait, you can change your AVG settings to have it ask you before quarantining. Then you can override AVG  and open DazStudio anyway.

    Yep did that as fully trust it and expect it to be clean.

    As no idea how long until they'd 'notify me' as it says, hah.

    When I submitted it, it said "about 155 minutes." According to the file timestamp, it was roughly 3 hours ago, so it should be any minute now. :)

    You got a time? Nice.

    Yeah I got a notice an hr ago that the file was clean.  Thank you, blah blah, blah. And such from em'. :)

    All good so suppose can close this out!
