Re FaceGen download

I purchased FaceGen on the 14th (or 13th UK time) and downloaded it, somehwere in the process being informed I'd have to activate it with a serial number which I'd receive in an email, but there was no serial number in my order confirmation from Daz and no other email was received, thus when I try to activate FaceGen I'm asked to input a serial number which I don't have. I immediately emailed Daz sales about the issue but to my surprise I've not yet received any reply when noramlly I get them within 24 hours. Thus my question is: does the serial number arrive in a separate email or should it have been in the order confirmation? [All I have is the order number and the sku number].

    Go to the littler blue man at the top right of this page. Go to your account, then serial numbers.

    Brilliant TJohn! Thank you. I never thought to look there as I'v ebeen expecting an email with the number. Even the Facegen interface stated email. I now have it active. Thanks again!

    Bought the product in 2017.

    Reinstalled Windows and the Facegen Artist Pro.

    Went to the Serial Number section on Daz and... no serial number there.

    Don´t know where to find it.

     

    Any tips?

    In my serial number section, FaceGen is called "37429_fgArtist110Pro". It's not written plainly like DAZ Studio or Carrara, for example.
