That links is broken ATM
As is the "in Studio" link to report bugs. 4.14 looks like it's got issues cf 4.12 from my very early playing.
The store update has broken some redirection, hence the 404 on the link above. https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new will go direct to the ticket page, but you will almost certainly need to click the Sign In link (this seems to be a Zendesk thing as I've met it on other sites that use the system).
