Manually installed items don't show up

I have several items I had bought and downloaded to install manually.  But they weren't showing up in the content or smart content pane.  I had it do a scan of known locations, and now everything that was missing shows up under "new" in both panes - but it just lists them in one big list and I have to drill down through folders to even see anything in them (see screenshot, I know I am not explaining this quite right).  How do I get all these to show up in the smart content pane in their actual places?

    Install with Install Manager or Connect if you want the categorisation.

    when install manualy,,

    copy those files found on "runtime/support/,, (3 files .dsa, ..dsx,, and pic) to "C:\Users\your_name\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4\RunOnce\"

    when you start your Daz show the metadata import window
