V4 eyes not closing in poser?

I am using V4 and poser pro 2012 , I tried to use the eye close morph and it doesnt work. Is there a fix for this
???

    Make sure you have only one "Runtime:Libraries:!DAZ:Victoria 4" folder, then run "Runtime:Libraries:!DAZ:DzCreateExPFiles-V4.bat". Is this a freshly-loaded V4 from the original .cr2?

    That's the .bat file (.command on a Mac) which creates the morph data files.
