Yeah, okay, well I fit a pair of high heels to a G3 and noticed the heel part was distorted. These were non-DAZ Store shoes, BTW, and this has happened on another pair of non-DAZ Store shoes.
So I started poking around, selected the shoes and turned on the Joint Editor, and to my surprise it seemed like the shoes merely copied the exact same leg/feet bones from the G3, and there were no additional bones, say in the heel or sole to maintain shape.
So am I missing something? Do the vendors just use the same bones but maybe modify the weight mapping so that the heel isn't affected, and if they don't do a good job it gets distorted? And is there some way I can tweak it so they don't get all distorted?
Thanks.

Hey wait...I just noticed there's a thread right below this one talking about high heels for G3![smiley smiley](https://www.daz3d.com/forums/plugins/ckeditor/js/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/regular_smile.png)
Okay, I'll watch the videos............
Okay, from the DAZ video it seems like it's understood that the user needs to tweak the rotations of the shoes' heel bone, since the heel of the shoe can't always match the rest of the shoe as the foot is posed.
Cool.
