no shaders installed

Hi
i use reality so this hasnt bothered me too much before. but my instal of daz studio has no presets installed. every shader has the blank symbol and when clicked on i get a messege saying file does not exist. i have reinstalled several times and the shaders apear to be in the folders on my drive..
if any one could shed some light it would be apreciated.

check if your library path are assigned > hard drives location://content user library,,,,
export user preset, reset you content database,, and use 'Reimport Metadata"
any product installed in libraries and found metadata related files in runtime/support/,,, dsa, dsx, will be re import in smart content.
Did you install only the DAZ|Studio program? There are other installers for the Genesis Essentials (one for each generation) and the Default Resources — that last is the one that contains the shaders, lights, and other bits and pieces.
