Someone with a free 3D.SK account?

I created a free account at 3D.SK at 3/1/13.
It say: "download limit set to 10 downloads per month and you won’t be able to download premium content."

Downloaded an image that day and today I downloaded 10 more (?) :gulp:

Someone with a free account can tell me if it was just a glitch or maybe its 10 downloads per day (too optimistic 8-/), or what happened?

    Out of curiosity, how does one get a free account? I've only seen the paid ones, with higher limits than 10, maybe I've looked in the wrong place?

    I honestly have no idea how they figure what constitutes a download, because I've downloaded more than that at one time...but I haven't grabbed anything from there in a very long time, so they may have changed things (a couple of years, I guess).

    Ah, I think I figured it out. I was looking in the wrong place, seems like it is not prominently advertised.

    Yes, it's ten downloads per day, which is useful. I haven't seen any restrictions but I wouldn't be surprised if the downloads are for non-commercial use only.

    The main reason for bumping this thread is that I've found the same arrangement at one of the the sister sites, 3dscans.sk,

    Hmm... How does one see sample premade textures? I click, but nothing happens.
