I was subscribed to the news letter emails, but now I'm not.  How do I become subscribed to them again?

    I've done this and they said I was added back to their list.  However, I've not received any emails yet, so I'm not sure if I'm just too impatient, or whatnot.

    You could reopen the ticket,  but I would wait until after the holiday,  as CS is normally only operational normal working days?hours, so 9-5  Monday to Friday and excluding US public holidays.
