    What problems are you having with this item?

    If you bought this item through the store, it should be available for download through your 'My Donwloadable Products', is it not there?

    If you bought this a while ago, you may need to go to your 'Itemised Order History' and use the 'Reset' button, then you can download it. Nobody is going to email it to you.
