Daz Studio 4.9 not responding on start up

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong in the installation process, i installed the DAZ Install Manager, and let it download and install everything incl. all essentials.
When i boot up DAZ studio, it simply freezes when the interface pops up after loading everything. When i click around, the typical message pops up "Daz has stopped responding".
I have tried uninstalling and installing DAZ without the essentials, and tried completely uninstalling everything and re-installing. I also tried running as admin, as well as windows 8 compatibility.
I have a nvidia gtx 1060, all up to date.
Not sure what else i can try, or what i'm doing wrong.

How long are you leaving it?
How long does it need to be left? I have left it anywhere between 2-5 minutes.
I have left it for +30mins now, and it's still stuck at "not responding".
I have tried everything i can think.
I have:
- Cleaned out, uninstalled and re-installed all of my gpu drivers
- Re-installed Daz 3D multiple times on several different hardrives, including external harddrives on HDD and SSD
- Tried both with my Dual Monitor set up and single monitor set up
- Run as admin
- Set all folders to read/write
- you name it
I'm using Windows10 x64
The program freezes and doesn't "respond" after i start it, with no logs, no crash, no nothing to guide me towards a proper fix.
THIS IS NOT A LOAD TIME ISSUE, i have let the program stand and load for +30-60mins, and it should take nowhere near as long with my setup; 1070 nvidia
I'm simply going to give up on Daz 3D if i can't get proper help, my last attempt to seek help on these forums resulted in no replies whatsoever.
Merged with existing thread.
Running as administrator itself is likely to cause issues. It seems unlikely that a (presumably) fairly content-light isntallation would take long to process the database, so I agree it probably isn't just taking time there (which has nothing much to do with system specifications). What security software are you running?
I seem to have located the problem, even though it's an extremely odd one.
I have a dual monitor setup, a HP and an Asus. Previously when i tried to start the program, i only tried on the HP monitor, but after a while i thought i should try on the Asus.
And finally i was able to get program to actually run, and smoothly even.
I have no clue as to why the program freezes on the HP monitor, the Asus is 144Hz and the HP is 60Hz, not sure if that could have something to do with it.
It also only happens if i boot up the program with the dual monitor set up or with my main HP monitor as single. If i start the program with Asus single monitor, i can still reconnect my HP monitor and everything continues to run smoothly.
I'm sorry to revive this topic, but I had exactly the same problem. And exactly the same solution worked. The difference are my screen models - I've got Iiyama and Dell. When I disabled one of them DAZ has started.
Same for me 4.10 version !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :'(:'(:'(
Witha dual monitor, and does the fix work? Or just it's refusing to start? If it's just a refusal to start I can split this to its own thread (and we need more information on your system and security software, and exactly what is happening).
Same Problem here same fix. I have an LG Main monitor and samsung second monitor. when I disable the samsung Daz Centtral loads right up. othere wise with it on it is forever stuck on not responding.
the previous version of Daz Central worked fine then with this last update it started doing this
Daz 4.12
AMD 3960x
64 Megs of Ram
RTX 2080TI
