Apply Genesis 2 & 3 Poses to Genesis 8 figure(s)

Is it possible to apply Genesis 2 & 3 Poses to Genesis 8 figure(s)? I had read that assets such as clothing were backward compatible with Gen 8, but I was wondering about Poses. The poses I have do not show up anywhere that I have looked when Gen 8 is selected. If it IS possible, can someone tell me how? Thanks!

Genesis 3 poses convert to G8 far better in my experience. There is a free script, (as well as one as part of Zev0's pose converter) that allow poses to be converted on the 'fly' as well as in batches. Ati links Zev0's above.
