for me daz cant go online like it use too new version

hi

i am getting a error says my avg or firewall is blocking daz from going online

how do i unblock it i cant find it on by firewall setting or avg .......oh and when models download they show up out side of daz

any ideas do i need to download daz studio pro again ? i have daz install manger i can get daz studio pro but it all ways downloads the older version but if i download it alone i can get the new version .  and any other models but the gensis no luck

please help i am lost ,

you need to read your avg/firewall documentation. Try first to disable totally your avg/firewall (there is always a quick setting to temporary disable them in their own console) and test if DAZ is then functional.

We can't help you : there is too many products on the market and combinations between them, windows versions, switch/internet providers and so on.

Daz Studio will run in standard mode, instead of pro, if it doesn't have its serial number. You can get the number from your Account page and then enter it via the Help>Installed plug ins dialogue.
