Colored bar in viewport after changing graphic card

So I changed graphic card from GTX 980Ti to GTX 1080Ti and now I can't get rid of a colored bar in the left of my display viewport and this bar gets changing color when i move the mouse. It's very disturbing. Any help to get rid of this ?

    Ok I found where the problem come from : It's MSI afterburner program. After shutdown it no more bar and everything back to normal yes
