I have been attempting to use this product to enhance clothing, but I must be missing a step- or using it on a wrong fabric?
I don't know. I cannot get anything to happen, when I try to use it on a piece of clothing.
There is a little information in the Documentation Center, under 'Additional Details', but either I am not following it correctly, or...
...maybe I cannot make 'heads or tails' out of it- so to speak.
I would like to use this product.
Is there any clear directions, on how to use it?

Oh man,I am absolutely the wrong guy to be responding here. I admit that out the gate, but I want you helped.
So I apologize in advance. lol
My best guess is, it works like a regular shader product and you would find it under Shaders in your smart content tab.
For the clothing you want to change the fabric for, you select the item of clothing in the scene pane and under parameters, you select the surfaces tab.
Usually it highlights everything down the list and then you click the "material" choice you selected in your product's smart content tab.
You should see all the settings/fields update with new colors and numbers and such.
The main screen display will also change to reflect the new fabric being affected.
The clothes should look a bit different.

I did a regular search for Daz shader tutorials and it wasn't THAT helpful.
One of them had a PDF and I used that.
I remember 3 settings.
1) First the material base- like cotton/leather/pcv
2) Then the color was second
So you might need to look at what you're clicking on in the material list for that product and select the BASE material first, before you start picking colors and such.
Oh damn, I wish I knew more. Or at least was home so I could open up files for you.
Oh snaps that's probably who no one's shown up yet. This is in the wrong area- either in the commons or in technical support.
That's where this should be.
THANK YOU!
After reading your reply, I was able to run a successful test.
You also helped me locate information on shaders.
I wasn't making any progress, before your reply.
Holy cow- what a great day, I finally helped somebody with a tech issue.
Richard Haseltine and Will Timmins, this is a great day!
