I have obj file textured in blender3d. It is correctly textured in blender hence the textured gets mirrored while i apply it in Daz3d. The text written in texture gets mirrored.
Also i want to know where to put different maps i.e.- Normal, Roughness, Metallic etc

I'm not sure on your first question, but you put the files in your Iray surface settings under those tag names
Blender uses a different axis system from Daz Studio, so you need to convert using the import options - I suspect it's the model, not the texture, that is inverted.
Did you use the Blender preset from the import dialog? If you browse through the import options, you can see the scaling and axis flipping changing from one preset to the next.
Yes i did use preset and all. model seems ok. all textures are good except one.
So you can be sure that the others are not flipped? It may be worth checking everything - if you search on line you should be able to find a UV Checker map - essentially a pattern of coloured squares with numbers, so you can see distortions and reversals by applying it to the model.
