DAZ Studio 4.9 UI Font Size in Win8.1 & Win10

In Windows 10 Pro 1703 — the size of the interface and fonts good in DAZ Studio.
This size corresponds to the total scale factor to Windows 10 as I understand it (125%).
But in Windows 8.1 I use the same scale 125%, but the interface and fonts DAZ awfully small.
Can I increase the interface font in DAZ Studio on Windows 8.1?

I thought DS was respecting the Windows scaling in all versions of Windows, I vaguely recall that the feature was added while I was still on Windows 7. Do you have any options for compatibility set if you right-click on the application in Windows 8? There may be an override.
