I've seen a few catsuit outfits that had a hood similar to this. Apply a PVC shader to it.

Depending on the look you're after, you may want to peruse the 3D marketplace that specializes in adult-themed topics. It's against Daz policy to provide the direct link to it (it's definitely NSFW), but you can locate it easily enough with a google search.
