I am willing to pay again for a new Texture Altas that works with Genesis 3 and Genesis 8.
Or a Add on that Does what Mesh Baker does in Unity. Combine Mesh and a texture atlas combine textures.Works with skin mesh or any other mesh.
Yayyyyyyyy. Daz3d will have more Game optimizing addons.

Moved to daz Studio Discussion since it isn't a scripting post.
Export wavefront object with the Collapse UVs checked. Use object to assign new non UDIM UV mapping to figure. Texture Atlas should work now.

Is there a Youtube video showing how this can be done?
Well, that's ALMOST helpful, so ALMOST Thank Y...
IMHO DAZ assets are great, and DS is great too for making still pictures together with GIMP or Photoshop.
But when it comes to animation and/or optimizing resources there's really much to be done. To this purpose I wouldn't expect DS to fit. I believe/guess it's not what it's designed for. So I just export the assets I need to Blender and optimize them there. Then you can render with Cycles, that's anyway much better than Iray, and/or export your optimized assets to a game engine via fbx.
