How can I prevent what is happening in 2nd image of FaceGen attempt?

Attached are 2 images of a face I am trying out in FaceGen, which is also my 1st attempt with FaceGen.

The 1st image have a white part under the chin.  I have then open up a new file where I have moved the marked slightly upwards which work better on chin part.  But it seems the movement of the marker on chin gives distortion to the nose and eyes.  All the other markers are placed the same way as 1st image.  First image are better but the white part under skin will ruin the skin.  I have not exported it to Daz Studio as I need to install Genesis first.

Do you think it's the chin marker causing the distortion?

I don't see what's wrong with the 1st attempt except the neck is pale.  This is a problem I think that one needs to be familiar with the source code. Has the FaceGen author(s) answered a request for help?

If you like the first image, why can't you just open up the face texture in a paint program and paint away the white?
