can't open victoria 3 on poser 9

I put victoria 3 in the runtime folder in Poser 9, but it wouldn't load here is the pathway to victoria 3,
C:\Program Files(x86)\Smith Micro\Poser 9\Runtime\libraries\Character\People\Victoria 3
am i doing something wrong?

    Win7/8/Vista protect the Program Files and Program Files (x86) hierarchies, so installing content there isn't advisable. I believe Poser 9 defaults to putting content in Documents.
