Police Officer M4

I wasn't sure who to ask, or even how to go about asking, but several weeks ago, I bought the Police Officer M4 uniform. On the page where you click the button to put the item in your cart, in the description of the item, it said that if you purchased the M4 uniform, you could get a coupon for 50% off the V4 uniform, but I don't think I ever received the coupon.

I guess my question is, has the offer expired? If it has not, how do I go about requesting the coupon? I love the M4 uniform, but I really do need the V4 uniform to complete a scene I have planned.

    As you noticed there is no time limit indicated on the offer of a coupon so one would think it would be forthcoming. I haven't purchased these items myself so I don't know if this is the case. You need to contact support for clarification. I'm sure Britney and colleagues will be able to help you out :)

    Is this a new item? I've noticed there are some promo deals still up for older items on the product page which are not valid anymore. If it is an older item this may be the case. Do you have the link?

    add to cart V4 uniform, and will follow the steps.
    When you arrive at the penultimate stage before placing order, and see what happens.
    some discounts usually occur automatic.
    but do it without finishing the steps, only to see the results, if the discounts vain self-apply or not.

    IIRC, that offer is one that pre-dates the store change over and may no longer hold true.

    You have two choices: purchase one of the Police Uniforms (either the M4 or V4 since the deal is the same for either one) and see if DAZ does place a coupon in your account for the other product.

    Or before you go through spending any money, you might want to send a ticket to Zen Desk asking them if the offer still holds.
