Edit/Tweak Mode

Okay, I realize there's a Push modifier, and D-Formers and such, but can't we just get a simple Edit mode? I mean, jump into Edit mode, select some verts, and move them on X/Y/Z axes. That's all. No need for all the weight maps and so on. Maybe just a falloff or something instead.

I would love that. You have some conforming clothing mesh that isn't bending quite right, you jump into Edit mode, tweak the vertices, jump out and you're done. 

That would be awesome.
