Cryo Tube?

I just purchased the Cryo Tube and the Cryo Environment, and discovered that only the Cryo Environment showed up in my downloads (I don't use the Install Manager). No Cryo Tube in sight.

I suspect I may not be the only person who does not use the install manager, but it may not be an install manager issue. In any case, I had to go into my itemized purchases and reset the downloads of the Cryo Tube to get it to show up in my download list.

It's an easy fix, even though tedious to find the item. But I doubt that I'm going to be the only person who gets bit by this. So thought I'd mention it.

Thanks for the info! I was thinking about getting it and I am also one that has no use (or need) for the DIM

Don't know if it will go walkabout if you only buy the tube. But this is the first time that a newly purchased item hasn't shown up in my downloads list.

This current software just gets screwier and screwier.

I have the same problem. The installation is incomplete and the cryo tube dont work.

I purchased it the morning it was released, and downloaded and installed the exe installer file without issue (I don't use DIM, either). I've got a render using both the Cryo Tube and Cryo Environment baking in Lux right now, actually...
