Customizing shortcuts and workspace

I've gone through and made some modifications to DAZ Studio shortcut keys (as well as saving a custom workspace)

Do I need to save this in any manner before closing Studio, or will all of those changes be stored automatically so they're available next time I open studio?

And is there a way to save them in case I make further modifications and wanted to revert to these at some point?  (or if Studio gets updated, where I wanted to be able to simply load a file with my customizations)

A saved layout includes actions and accelerators. But from session-to-session everything is remembered (as long as DS shuts down cleanly), it stores the current layout in (Windoiws) C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Roaming\Daz 3D\Studio4\ (as a set of .dsx files).
