PD Artist 8.2b is dead - long live 8.2c - newsletter #53

Hello to all Dogwafflers, we have another issue of our sporadic newsletter, #53 talks about the short-lived 8.2b release of PD Artist, and its replacement with 8.2c after just a week.

We also have a bunch of new tutorials, and a sneak peek at a new tool - the gradient color sucker, er, gradient grabber tool.
