    You should really have posted this to the Poser forum, as it isn't a technical help request.

    Snow Sultan has templates with seam guides here http://www.snowsultan.com/seam-guides/   All approved by Daz 3D

     

    BTW you can move the thread over if you like,  by clicking the gear icon on your top post, clicking on "Edit" and then changing the Category from the drop down list on the right hand side of the page
