Gen X Question

I was using Generation X to transfer some of my more favorite morphs to Genesis. I've done this before. All of a sudden, my last transferred morph always shows up as the default face when I load Genesis. Has anyone seen this happen with Gen X and how do I stop it from happening (it interferes with my ability to use other face morphs on Genesis.

I thought I'd take the opportunity to upgrade to Studio 4.5. I upgraded and everything went great, except my Genesis still comes over with the Gen X face I transferred when I load it from the menu after the upgrade. Is there a way to reset the Genesis figure to it's default settings? I don't want that Gen X face being used all the time for my default Genesis figure load.

Thanks for the link--it put me on track of a solution.

The problem is when I find the slider for the morph that is automatically loading with Genesis, it's already all the way down so I can't dial away the morph and save the reset Genesis that way. Is there a way to reboot Genesis so it goes back to default as if it had just been installed?

When I upgraded to 4.5 I re-installed the Genesis asset files which I was hoping would override whatever I did to Genesis with Gen X, but that did not work.

Just to cap off this thread--the answer is go into the data folder and delete the Genesis morph causing the problem (you can disable the morph in the GenX application as well, but I opted for a more radical solution). Genesis now loads "default" again with no GenX morphs.

Still wondering what the heck I did wrong when I imported the generation 4 morph that caused Genesis to automatically load with it.

But at least you found a solution! Hooray for that! :)
