I thought I would purchase this set mainly for Normal Mapping and painting textures and thought maybe I would pick up on something I havent messed with in the past, But I feel very disapointed I think everyone that has used photoshop,paintshop or the gimp knows how to render clouds and use the offset in conjunction with the clone tool to create seamless tiles the tutorials are all over youtube and do a much better job at showing this to the viewer.

As for the normal maps I think dreamlight should have left this out of the contents as talking about normal maps was so brief if you blink you would have missed it also an 8 minute video for painting textures and again what was shown was very poor.

Sorry for this poor review but the rest was'nt very informative to me maybe I am just more experienced than who this product is aimed at, i'm not sure. But as this is from a well known PA in the tutorial buisness I expected more from the videos than I came away with. Most of the things I know I did learn from the dreamlight club a couple of years back and most of this has been covered in the tutorials that the club offered maybe thats why I feel a bit let down by this product.

I just thought I would put this out there, as I was kicking myself, as I had been contemplating buying it for a couple of weeks, and now I have well above says it all.

Sorry Dreamlight maybe I just got too much out of the dreamlight club and was hoping for something else.
