Sliding in at the last moment after dealing with some problems.  Opted on doing a slightly different approach--how would the parents feel about the night out?  Also to clarify something, I'm using G3M/G3F despite the freebie source since most Genesis 8 skins are backward compatible with the previous generation.

Young Billy, like so many young boys, liked ringing strangers doorbells and run away (especially evenings or late nights). This time was no different (at least at first). Billy went to a house he knew was occupied by an older man and rung the doorbell and run away, while the man was shouting on his porch. While Billy was running, karma decided to kick in and made him to trip on a rock on the ground. Unfortunately for Billy the old man managed to get to him and called the police. Then Billy was escorded home by a couple of police officers, who then explained what Billy had done to his parents and after officers left, Billy was grounded for a month. His parents also made a special arrangement with his teacher, where she would pick up Billy to school every morning and she would also bring him home from school till his punishment was over. This was to make sure he did not leave the house for anywhere but school and did not go astray after school. They also hired a babysitter for Billy, who would basically live with Billy and his family a for a month all expenses paid to keep an eye on Billy at all times (he would only have privacy on bathroom and his own room, neither of which had any openings to escape from). They also locked Billy's room every night, but Billy's family was rich and Billy's room had its own small private bathroom, so it wasn't that cruel thing to do. So, what happened after that month. At first Billy decided not to ring any doorbells, unless necessary, out of fear for another month like that, but then at some point he just kinda grew out of it. He also became very close to his babysitter during the punisment month (she was 15 at the time, while he was 10) and eventually married her about a decade later.

As far as I can tell it's completely gone - no legal versions of it anywhere.

It was definitely a one-day freebie - I just found a link posted in the DAZ Commons back in December 2012 https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/13896/a-limit-time-christmas-present-from-alfaseed

Not sure if it was ever available outside that single day, either free or paid.

I have been through the freebie part of RDNA quite a few times and I have never seen that outfit there, so it must have been just a one time deal freebie.
