In general yes - there's one item, the Anne Marie Goddard Digiital Clone for Victoria 3, that has some extra restrictions but as far as I am aware you can use 2D renders, still or animated, of other items commercially.
Be careful if you use free content from other sites, too, as some are non-commercial only.
so I can use the models in my animation series with I intend to make money out of my amination series , is that still okay? or I have to buy the Interactive License?
For a 2D animation all you need is the basic license.
