Appointing textures to obj file

Ok i searched google and teh forums but i did not find the answer i was looking for.

OK so i bought some beach accessoires from renderosity. I got 2 folders: OBJ and textures.

I imported a towel and plced it at the right position. How do i select the jpg file i got as texture? (all texture files are jpg files) i can select them in my content library. Drag and drop doesnt work and i cant find the menu that lets you import or place a texture on that object.

I want to place a few more items from that bundle but i dont want everything to be white of course.

You need to the object selected in the Scene pane and use the Surface pane to assign the texturesto the objects materials.
