Can Genx morphs make other morphs go wonky?

I have an M7 and I dialed in a Genx morph of the M6 base male head morph. For some reason now the eye side to side and eyes up and down morphs make his eyes go crosseyed. Also, if I select each eye and try to move it up and down or side to side they go cross eyed. The morphs work fine on other figures and the only thing I could figure was that I had that genx morph (maybe one other) dialed in.
