Questions about EULA and game development

Hello, just a couple of quick questions about the EULA.
I'm looking to use Daz/Poser with some the models available on the store to make 2d animations for a XBLIG games.
I'm not looking to use the actual 3d models/textures themselves, just the final rendered output in the game.
It seems sections E of the EULA does allow it, but after reading some threads it may not.
I keep reading something about a Indie Game Developer's License?
Thanks in advance.
Comments
Any Render or Animation can be freely used in a game. Is 100% okay, your all good. Only one or two items in the store have NOT for commercial use in a rendered format.
Ok, that's what I thought, so if I get something from the store I just have to check the fine print.
Thank you
